This bread is a winner! It was delivered right away and was packaged so well! It is soft and fresh and has a perfect crust. The texture is perfect and I was surprised that the taste was so much better than other sourdough bread/challah I've tried (wheat and spelt). I love the fact that it's made of whole-spelt organic flour. It's both healthy and delicious.
